Shipping policy

 

STANDARD DELIVERY 

Standard Delivery covers UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Shetland and Western Isles/Outer Hebrides. There may be a surcharge outside of UK Mainland.

Delivery is calculated as a Flat Rate based on the items added to your basket.

Orders up to £150 are charged at £4.99, delivery is free for all orders over £150.

Some heavy or bespoke items are exempt from free delivery and may incur a charge. Heavy Items are classed as anything requiring a two man delivery such as sofas, sideboards etc.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

We offer a white glove delivery option whereby our delivery team will take the item to a room of your choice (including up one flight of stairs), take away the packaging and, in some cases, even assemble it for you.

Please contact us after you have placed your order and we will discuss the additional cost for this service based on your order value and contents.
