SCENT DESCRIPTION:
The Key is a chypre, floral accord with notes of oud, rose, jasmin, geranium, clove and praline. All resting on a rich velvety base of cedarwood, sandalwood, vetiver, amber, musk, vanilla, patchouli and raspberry.
The notes in this scent been heavily influenced by Arabic culture, in particular, the welcoming scent of Oud wood that is burnt throughout luxurious hotels and shops in the United Arab Emirates. Holding some of the family’s fondest memories, a special memory box that opens with a key was purchased during a trip to Dubai and is the inspiration for this object

Standard Delivery covers UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Shetland and Western Isles/Outer Hebrides. There may be a surcharge outside of UK Mainland.
Delivery is calculated as a Flat Rate based on the items added to your basket.
Small Items : £9.95
Large Items : £60.00
Heavy Items : £150.00
Heavy Items are classed as anything requiring a two man delivery such as sofas, sideboards etc.
Small Items include most accessories such as candles, cushions etc.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
We offer a white glove delivery option whereby our delivery team will take the item to a room of your choice (including up one flight of stairs), take away the packaging and, in some cases, even assemble it for you.
Please contact us after you have placed your order and we will discuss the additional cost for this service based on your order value and contents.

We understand at Cast Home that sometimes items you have purchased may not work in your home. Here’s what you need to know about our returns.
Showroom
Stocked items bought from the store can be returned within 14 days of purchase, the item needs to be in the same condition as they were purchased and brought back into the store.
Any Items ordered from the store that are not stocked in the showroom are mostly made to order for you by our suppliers and therefore cannot be returned once the items have been commissioned unless it is faulty.
Online
Stocked item purchased from the website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. We can offer you an exchange or refund excluding the cost of the delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unassembled with the original inner and outer packaging. Payment and organisation for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke Items
Our 14 days return policy does not apply to non-standard, customised, bespoke, made to order, made to measure or special order products. We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been commissioned unless it is faulty.
